Every place in a country has a specialty food. And now, i want to describe you about a specialty food from jakarta.
Crust Egg
Have you ever heard kerak telor or crust egg? Is the one specialty food from jakarta. Crust Egg is made of egg. It has two part. It is outside and inside. In Outside, you can find some of egg. In inside you can find some of rice and spice. If you want to try it, you can go to monumen nasional or the famous name is monas.
Gado-Gado
Gado-gado ingridients are a water spinach, what do we call it? i mean is tempe, tahu, and other a good vegetables. You can find gado-gado in every place in jakarta.
Ketoprak
I think ketoprak is come from jakarta. Ketoprak is not very different from gado-gado. But, ingridients of it don't has many vegetables. Ketoprak only has one vegetable, it is toge. It is the same with gado-gado. Ketoprak and gado-gado has rice cake. But, it has angel hair.
